Hi, my name is Laura Morgan and I’m a part time student, studying Foundation Art & Design in Brighton. I’m passionate about art and developing my creativity .... right now I’m really enjoying exploring all media, from painting, through photography and digital art, to 3-D and 4-D, textiles and printing.  

The course touches on all aspects of art and crucially. is encouraging me to develop my own ideas and push myself beyond my comfort zone.  Developing ideas from inception to fruition can be  satisfying and sometime really frustrating (!) but no experience is ever wasted.  I’ve grown to love research and studying other artists and styles and have the opportunity for lots of feedback and discussion with my fellow students.

Photography and digital art really delights me but I still like “getting my hands dirty” with paint and construction.  I want to try a bit of everything while I have the chance - hence the eclectic mix of work on the site.
